About Lara

Hi, I’m Lara,
I started out as a coach and mentor for creative professionals and entrepreneurs, eventually transitioning into the dynamic world of podcasting. This began when I worked on another Auckland-based coach's podcast, which also highlighted an unmet need for remote podcast services.
Fast forward a few years and numerous podcasts later, I can now say I take pride in helping businesses, personal brands, and creatives successfully launch, manage, and sustain their podcasting ventures.
I am also an Audio Engineer at New Zealand Media & Entertainment (NZME) where I collaborate on radio ads, jingles, iHeart Radio and NZ Herald podcasts. You may have even heard my voice on ads across ZM, The Hits, Newstalk ZB, Coast and other NZME radio stations.
What are your specialties?
Audio editing and mixing, sound design, music production, podcast strategy.
What do you enjoy outside of work?
Spending time with my partner Sam and our little girl Willow. We love getting into nature as much as possible! I also enjoy dancing, singing, hiking, and travelling off the beaten track.
What’s a fun fact about you?
I play the ukulele and love jamming to all sorts of music, especially country/folk.
